Water Company and its customers. Acceptance of water service as a customer indicates acceptance by the customer of these Rules and Regulations noted herein. Water utility service is regulated by certain provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes and certain regulations set forth by the Department of Public Utility Control. These statutes and regulations do change from time to time and it is the intent of these Rules and Regulations to abide by these mandates. Therefore, these Rules and Regulations are set in addition to rules and regulations of any appropriate governing agency.
